Our topic was a recent report from the National Academies titled "Building Community Disaster Resilience Through Private-Public Collaboration." This report presents the findings and recommendations from a study undertaken by the ad hoc Committee on Private–Public Sector Collaboration to Enhance Community Disaster Resilience in response to a request from the Department of Homeland Security. Our guests were committee Chair Dr. William Hooke, and study director Sammantha Magsino.</itunes:summary>
